In order to reach our goal of maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring growth, efficiency and profitability we focus on maintaining the highest principles of costumer satisfaction.
Each pond of shrimp has a unique lot number when it arrives at the factory. Our traceability system produces automatic serial numbers for each batch. The information recorded by the batch number is critical to the traceability, because is important in the case of a product withdrawal.

Recently renovated production plant with state of the art equipment and progressive innovation, can produce 150,000 pounds per day, between headless, head-on and value added shrimp.

Quality is ever evolving and so is the Davmercorp Quality Team, working closely with our suppliers to meet food safety and quality standards, while processing is carried out according to strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) protocols.
To promote responsible practices across the aquaculture industry we have invested in The Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certification, a system which combines food safety, traceability, audits and a commitment to advancing environmentally and socially responsible aquaculture.
